The following is the framework of a 2 hour session.

Introduce a structured Warm up

  • 3-5 stretches
⁃ touch toes
⁃ Flamingo
⁃ Windmill
⁃ Lean into thigh
⁃ Arm across chest
  • Skip side to side post to post, passing ball head high – to help see the ball and warm the hands
  • Drop kick shots 8-10yrds while facing the ball – get hands warm
  • Reverse-reflex – sharpen the reflexes – here

Recovery drills – improve speed of recovery from ground

Distribution drill – improve speed and decision making

⁃ Top/bottom left/right – front and back facing, hit target – here
